Activity Bonus

Use the Internal Payment Account (IPA) and receive a bonus

We want you to get the most out of your cooperation with Akcenta. The Internal Payment Account (IPA) is an ideal tool for companies that want to keep their international payments and currency exchanges fully under control. With the IPA, you can easily manage multiple currencies in one place, respond quickly to exchange rate changes, and send or receive payments without unnecessary delays. Your funds remain in motion, helping you efficiently support your business operations and company growth.

The Activity Bonus is a reward for clients who actively use the IPA, for example as their main account for payment transactions with foreign business partners, especially for currency exchanges and payments. The principle for earning the bonus is simple: the more you use the account and the longer funds remain on it, the higher the bonus you can receive.

    Activity that pays off

To encourage you to make full use of the IPA, we have introduced the Activity Bonus – a reward for all clients who regularly use their account for currency exchanges and payments. The more you trade via the IPA and the more actively you work with the account, the higher the bonus you can receive. It’s simple: use the IPA as your main hub for payments and currency exchanges and have the reward credited back to you.

For illustration purposes: for many clients, the annual total of bonuses is approximately around 1% of the active volume on their IPA – that is, a combination of the average balance and monthly currency exchanges.

    Activation and bonus payout

    • Activation is easy and can be done directly in the Online Broker (OLB).
    • The bonus starts to be calculated on the second day after activation.
    • If you deactivate it later, the bonus calculation will stop at the end of the current month.
    • The amount of the bonus depends on your activity and typically ranges from several hundred to several thousand euros per month.

Two indicators are included in the bonus calculation:
    1. The average daily balance on your IPA (in CZK, EUR, or USD).

    2. The volume of spot currency conversions carried out within the IPA during the month.

At the end of each calendar month, we compare these two values and use the lower one to calculate the bonus. We reward fair and genuine activity only – not passive holding of funds. The bonus is always credited retroactively in the following month (M+1) and is paid in euros.

For illustration purposes: for many clients, the annual total of bonuses is approximately around 1% of the active volume on their IPA – that is, a combination of the average balance and monthly currency exchanges.

How the Activity Bonus works in practice

    1. Purchase of raw materials abroad

Story: Mr. Máček renovates cars and irregularly purchases original parts from the USA. At the beginning of the month, he transfers 40,000 EUR to his IPA and, after 15 days, exchanges the entire amount into USD in order to pay the seller. He does not keep the funds in the account for the rest of the month.

    How we assess this:

    • The IPA was active for approximately half of the month
    • A currency exchange (spot conversion) was carried out via the IPA
    • The activity condition was met

Result: Mr. Máček receives a bonus in the range of several hundred euros for the active use of the IPA. With more regular use and higher transaction volumes, his bonus could, of course, be significantly higher.

    2. Payments to suppliers in EUR

Story: Ms. Jelínková, an accountant at an engineering company, regularly makes payments to suppliers in the Czech Republic and Poland and manages multiple currencies via the IPA throughout the month. All transactions are processed via the IPA, where the company maintains a stable balance of several hundred thousand euros.

    How we assess this:

    • The IPA is used throughout the entire month
    • Currency exchanges and payments are carried out via the IPA
    • The account shows full activity

Result: Jelínková & Son receives a bonus in the range of several thousand euros for a fully active month.
